Garafía

Garafia is the largest municipal area of the island of La Palma with about 103 square kilometers. Nevertheless, only about 1600 inhabitants live here. The administrative center of Santo Domingo is a small village with steep streets, traditional houses and a typical plaza in the center. Sights are: the Museo del Gofio, the Roque de los Muchachos, Parque Cultural La Zarza, Mirador del Puerto de Garafia, just to name a few.
