The flat is only a short walk of about 10 minutes to the beach of Los Cancajos. The pharmacy is about 2 minutes away and the supermarket is about a 4-minute walk. And there are also restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The capital Santa Cruz, with its many shops, museums and restaurants, can be reached in about 9 minutes by car or by bus, as the bus stop is right next to the flat.

Guests will find numerous shops, restaurants and bars to linger in. A visit to the beautifully landscaped promenade at Playa de Los Cancajos, which is lined with palm trees and invites you to take a stroll, is highly recommended. Playa de Los Cancajos consists of fine, black sand and slopes gently down to the sea. Thanks to the breakwaters, a nice swim in the often turbulent Atlantic is possible. The underwater fauna in the protected pools, which are also suitable for short snorkelling trips, is particularly noteworthy. Wide wooden jetties provide constant access to the sea at the well-kept Playa de Los Cancajos, which is equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas. The beach is particularly suitable for extensive sunbathing, beach walks or a really quiet swim in the Atlantic. Awarded a blue flag, Playa de Los Cancajos is one of the safest beaches on the entire island and can be visited very well even by not so experienced swimmers.
