Comfortable, spacious, modern and no direct neighbors. The apartment is the ideal vacation home for a mix of city life and relaxation. Restaurants and various shops in Los Llanos can be reached on foot. The secret capital of La Palma (as it is called) has a lot to offer. The apartment is not in a large apartment building, but in a residential building with a total of only five apartments, although not all of them are occupied.

It is also an ideal vacation home for cyclists, as there are two rental bike companies nearby. You will feel very comfortable in this bright and modern apartment.

In the spacious living and kitchen area you will find a large couch, coffee table, living board with flat screen TV (German programs), satellite TV, DVD and fast internet with fiber optic. The kitchen has an oven, ceramic hob with 4 hobs, extractor hood, microwave, large fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, hand blender, juicer and a dining area with marble bar with 4 chairs.

In the two bedrooms, one with a French double bed (150 cm x 200 cm), built-in wardrobe, 2 bedside tables with lamps and clothes rack, another with a single bed (90 cm x 200 cm), bedside table with lamp, mirror, small chest of drawers and coat hooks. The bedroom windows have both blinds and curtains and face the quiet south/southwest. In the hallway in front of the bedrooms there are large built-in wardrobes with enough space for your holiday wardrobe and suitcases. There is also a washing machine in there.

The bathroom has a spacious, walk-in shower with rain shower, a toilet, a vanity with mirror and towel rail. There is a marble floor in every room of the apartment.

Outside there are two L-shaped balconies. On one balcony there is a comfortable lounge set with a rattan bench, two rattan armchairs and a table, on the other there are two sun loungers. Here you can relax, read a book or end the evening with a view of the wonderful starry sky of La Palma. There are awnings on every balcony to protect you from the sun.
