The house is located in the cared town of Las Tricias. quite in the distance of Puntagorda, where you can find 3 supermarkets and various local restaurants. On weekends there is an indoor market with local specialties such as wine, cheese, honey and more. Las Tricias is closed for its beautiful path to Buracas where you can find prehistoric people, an old windmill sold in a museum and the last dragon tree forest.

For hiking enthusiasts, the house is very close to the PR130 trekking trail to Buracas, so you can start hiking directly from the house.
The access to the sea is 6 kilometers away, the port of Puntagorda. The largest large beach is Tazacorte, which is 30 km away. Here on the north side of the island there are beautiful sea coves that can man in the summer. To remove the point point of the island, El Roque de los Muchachos is 20 km away.
