Location

The Casa Casa with approx. 64 sqm, is situated in the beautiful village of Puntagorda at approx. 600 m above sea level. Within walking distance are several small supermarkets, bars and restaurants. In less than 10 minutes you can reach a health food shop, a bakery with delicious cakes and a restaurant.

Great hiking trails are in the immediate vicinity of the house. For example, you can walk down to the sea to the Mirador Cruz de la Reina or to the Puerto de Puntagorda, with a small sea swimming pool. Or you can drive up into the beautiful pine forests. From Puntagorda it is also not far to the beautiful north, with numerous hiking trails.

House and facilities

The house, newly built in 2021, can accommodate a maximum of 4 people and is divided into a large living room with a large flat screen TV and floor-to-ceiling windows. To relax, there is a reading chair with a reading lamp. There is also room for 2 more people on the 160 cm wide sofa bed. The TV is internet compatible, you can watch your favourite shows via Netflix, Amazon Prime or Sky access. However, there is no SAT TV.

In the well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob (4 plates) and large work surface, you can prepare delicious food for your family. The bed in the bedroom has a pleasant size of 180 cm x 200 cm. The generously designed bathroom offers plenty of space with a level shower and is of course also handicapped accessible.

Sliding doors in the living area and in the bedroom allow easy access to the terrace, e.g. also with a wheelchair, and the door openings are of course correspondingly wide.

Directly in front of the house is a covered terrace with a large table, a bench and two chairs.

Here you can enjoy the sunset and the starry sky every evening with a good glass of wine or, if you like, from further up, on the cosy roof terrace. The view is spectacular.

The hot water in the house is heated in an environmentally friendly way with a solar thermal system. A washing machine is located behind the house in an extra room. A charcoal Weber barbecue is provided for your barbecue pleasure. And of course you have a private parking space.

The internet is also worth mentioning. In this house you have the best internet at your disposal…fibre optic. You can use it indefinitely, for example if you want to work.
