The charming Casa El Polear is located below the popular village of Puntagorda, on the coast.

From the house you can take beautiful walks e.g. towards the sea to the Mirador de la Reina, to the Mirador Matos or to the Puerto (port) de Puntagorda, with a small sea swimming pool.

The village of Puntagorda can be reached by car in a few minutes. There are 3 supermarkets, 1 pharmacy, health center, public outdoor swimming pool, bank, 2 organic shops, 1 butcher, restaurants and 1 cafe with delicious cakes and the very popular farmers market with local products that takes place on weekends.

Due to its location, the Casa is also ideal for hobby astronomers for stargazing. The night sky is unique because there is no disturbing light pollution.

Description:

Casa El Polear is a typical house of traditional Canarian construction. It is located on only 570 m above sea level, on a plot of 18,000 m2 and offers you a spectacular view of the Atlantic Ocean.

Inside awaits you a large living-dining area with integrated and well-equipped kitchen with dining table. There is a comfortable corner sofa and a flat screen TV, with German channels and for cool or warm days a combination of air conditioning and heating. You can stay in 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed (135 cm x 190 cm) and one with 2 single beds (90 cm x 200 cm each). There is also a bathroom with shower and toilet. All rooms, except 1 bedroom, have a beautiful Canarian roof made of tea wood. And if you need/want to work, unlimited internet is available.

Next to the house on the terrace are sun loungers, parasol, a table with chairs and the Jacuzzi. It can be illuminated at night and heated up to 40 degrees in winter. You can enjoy the breathtaking starry sky and also listen to music.

In addition, there is also the separate barbecue house with large, brick barbecue (wood is available), a dining table and a sink. Here you can spend unforgettable and cozy evenings, overlooking the outside. The large glass doors can be opened in summer or closed at cooler temperatures.

For swimming and cooling off, there is a 6 x 6 m swimming pool above the house, an outdoor shower, sun loungers, a table with chairs and a spectacular view of the Atlantic Ocean on a higher terrace.

The house can accommodate 4 people. Should an additional person arrive, we can provide you with an extra bed.
