At the same time, the location in the middle of the island on the west coast is ideal for excursions in all directions, to the beaches, the mountains or to Los Llanos.

House and facilities:

The house is powered by solar energy and has now been newly equipped with more solar energy. Therefore, you can now expect an electric refrigerator, microwave, electric coffee maker and washing machine. However, if there are several days in a row when there is no sun, the power supply cannot be guaranteed. Power outages can occur.

The Casa Gaviota is a simple house for individualists who do not need luxury. It scores points above all because of its unique location at just 170 m above sea level.

In the house you will find the living room with an integrated kitchen and dining table, as well as German television and Astra satellite TV as well as a music system with CD player and WiFi Internet. Due to the remote location, sufficient and stable Internet cannot be guaranteed.

In the large bedroom with a double bed, there is a wardrobe and a baby bed is also available.

There are 2 separate beds on the gallery above the living room with an integrated kitchen. Due to its size, the house is more ideal for 2 people.

Garden furniture and loungers are available, as is a charcoal grill. Bed linen and towels are provided.

From the large pool and the garden you have a fantastic view of the sea. Let yourself be enchanted by the spectacular sunsets and the unique starry sky.

The patio offers pleasant shade in summer and the lawn invites you to sunbathe undisturbed!

Depending on the season, there are papayas, mangos and other tropical fruits in the garden, which you can of course also harvest for your own consumption.
