The modern holiday home Casa Kenca, with approximately 83 m2, is situated on a 1984 m2 plot and is suitable for up to 4 people.

Location of the house:

The Casa Kenca is located on the outskirts of Tijarafe. In about 3 minutes by car you can reach the town centre with restaurants, grocery shops, an organic shop and stores.

In about 10 to 15 minutes you can reach the neighbouring village of Puntagorda with 3 supermarkets, 2 organic shops, 1 butcher and 1 café with delicious cakes. As well as the very popular farmers’ market with local products, held on weekends.

The house is in an idyllic setting and is also ideal for hikers. From the house you can take beautiful walks, for example towards the sea to the legendary Pirates’ Cove or to the lovely Playa de La Veta (about 80 minutes on foot).

The Casa Kenca has two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other bedroom with two single beds, and both rooms have direct access to the terrace. Between the bedrooms is the modern bathroom with a large, walk-in shower.

The spacious living area offers a couch, 2 comfortable armchairs, a flat-screen TV with German channels, and a work area with a desk. Integrated into it is the modern and very well-equipped kitchen and a dining table. Large, floor-to-ceiling windows bring plenty of brightness into this room. In addition, fast fibre-optic internet is available to you.

In the outdoor area, a large and sunny terrace area awaits you with a heated private pool, an outdoor shower, sun loungers and a parasol. A gas grill is available for barbecuing. Directly in front of the house there is a pergola with comfortable lounge furniture, and behind the house there is another seating area with a bistro table and 2 chairs, so you also have a shaded area in sunny weather.

Sustainability: Double-glazed windows, energy-efficient LED lights, electrical appliances of class AA or AAA, and waste separation.
