Holiday home with private pool, cave and great sea views on the coast of Aguatavar

Casa Lomito, with approx. 60 m², is located on a 2,600 m² plot at an altitude of approx. 600 m above sea level and is suitable for up to 3 people.

Location of the house:

Casa Lomito sits beside a small gorge on the coast of Aguatavar/Tijarafe. In about 5 minutes by car you reach the village centre with restaurants, grocery shops, an organic shop and stores.
In approx. 10 to 15 minutes you reach the neighbouring village of Puntagorda with 3 supermarkets, 2 organic shops, 1 butcher and 1 café with delicious cakes. And the very popular farmers’ market with local produce, held on weekends.
The house is idyllically situated and is also ideal for hikers. From the house you can enjoy beautiful walks, e.g. towards the sea to the lovely Playa de La Veta (approx. 1 hour on foot) or to the legendary Pirate Cove (approx. 2 hours on foot).

The house has one bedroom, a modern bathroom with a large walk-in shower at floor level, and a living room with an adjoining, well-equipped kitchen.
On entering the house you are welcomed by the spacious, bright hallway with large windows facing the terrace, which connects all the rooms.

The bedroom and the living room are not acoustically separated; the partition wall to the wooden roof was deliberately left incomplete.
The living area offers a couch, a flat-screen TV with German channels and a floor lamp with a reading light. High-speed fibre-optic internet is also available to you.

In the outdoor area, right in front of the house, a beautiful and sunny terrace awaits you, inviting you to have breakfast as early as the morning, along with a private pool, an outdoor shower, sun loungers, a parasol, a lawn area and various seating options. Steps lead down to a further terrace with sun loungers and a great view over a gorge.

The barbecue area, with a built-in grill and a table with benches, is also located below, under a rocky overhang with an original, preserved cave. This is very popular with guests, for example for yoga sessions, as pleasant temperatures prevail here all year round.
