Welcome to the modern Casa Mesigresi with heated pool in Puntagorda

Location:

The house is located below Puntagorda. You can walk to the village where there are nearby restaurants, health food store, cafe with German cakes, pizzeria, supermarkets, stores ect. You can make beautiful walks directly from the house, for example to El Fayal (pine forest and farmers market Mercadillo) or to the viewpoint Monte Matos or along the deep gorge Barranco de Izgagua. The sea can also be reached quickly from here at Puerto Puntagorda.

Are you looking for a holiday destination where you can relax, get away from everyday life and be a little closer to the stars? Then Casa Mesigresi at approx. 590 m above sea level is just the thing for you! The house is located in a quiet and natural environment. From the romantic seating area in the shade of a large pine tree you have a wonderful view over Canarian pines to the sea.

The house has been lovingly furnished and decorated by the owners. You can expect a large, bright living room with a comfortable, large corner sofa (can be converted into a sofa bed), records (of course there is also a record player), some books and a flat screen TV with German programs. A large, modern kitchenette and a dining table with 4 chairs are available for culinary delights. A combination unit consisting of air conditioning and heating is available for cooling or heating. There is underfloor heating in the bedroom, with a comfortable double bed and wardrobe, and in the modern bathroom with a large shower. Attached to the house there is another room with a double bed 140 cm x 200 cm and a separate bathroom with vanity, toilet and Window.

Outside you will find the heated pool (oval, 6 x 3.20 m), a solar-heated outdoor shower, sun loungers, a cozy seating area and a dining table behind the house, protected from the wind.

The largely invisible property with an electric sliding gate also has a private parking space and a charging station for electric cars.
