Also worth mentioning is the farmers’ market with local produce held on weekends. The surrounding area offers wonderful hiking trails; Puntagorda is especially beautiful during the almond blossom season. Not far away and within walking distance is the “Puerto de Puntagorda,” a natural harbor and popular bathing spot with a sheltered rocky cove and caves.
