The detached holiday home with 80 sqm living space is surrounded by idyllic and romantic nature, which invites you to relax and rest. From all rooms you have a fantastic view of the Atlantic Ocean and the sunset.

Another plus are the many hiking possibilities directly from the house and the good accessibility to the shops in Puntagorda.

In the village of Puntagorda there are several supermarkets, health food shop, restaurants, bars and a health centre. The surrounding area offers wonderful hiking trails directly from the house, especially during the almond blossom Puntagorda is beautiful. Not far away and also within walking distance is the “Puerto de Puntagorda”, a natural harbour and popular bathing place with a protected rocky bay and caves.

House and facilities

Brand new is the new viewpoint “Skywalk” in the garden next to the house with all-round glazing. A fantastic view of the surroundings of Puntagorda and the Atlantic Ocean is guaranteed.

The furnishings are of high quality and selected with great taste and attention to detail. Especially the good equipment of the kitchen has to be mentioned. The living room has a wood-burning stove for cooler winter evenings and there is free heating in the bathroom from October to April. The floor of antique French terracotta tiles gives the house a beautiful and cosy character. You have a beautiful view outside through the 2 large panoramic windows with double glazing. There is also a large floor-to-ceiling sliding door, direct access to the terrace

The bathroom is tiled with antique travertine marble. The metal sink, made from Moroccan craftsmanship, gives the bathroom a clear oriental inspiration.

Please note:

A new, large infinity pool measuring 7 m x 4 m x 1.40 m will be available from August 1st. It will be tiled with high-quality marble and can be heated to 26 degrees. However, due to weather conditions, we cannot guarantee ideal water temperatures at all times.
