Location
The house is situated below Puntagorda. You can walk into the village where there are restaurants, health food shop, cafe with German cake, pizzeria, supermarkets, shops ect. nearby. The surroundings are completely natural and you can make beautiful walks directly from the house, e.g. to El Fayal (pine forest and farmers’ market Mercadillo) or to the viewpoint Monte Matos or along the deep gorge Barranco de Izgagua. The sea can also be reached quickly from here at Puerto Puntagorda.
House and equipment
The house with 85 sqm living space was built with German materials in ecological construction. Enjoy the affectionate, high-quality selected furnishing with fireplace, comfortable seating furniture, good mattresses, neat kitchen utensils, Bose Soundtouch 20 Bluetooth, coffee machine with bean grinder etc.. Everything will give you the feeling of capturing a little of the magic of the south and taking it home as a memory.
From the 12 sqm terrace with its 7000 sqm plot with its Mediterranean garden and forest to the adjacent barranco, you have a gigantic, unobstructed panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean.
The sunsets are spectacular and pamper your soul when you enjoy this spectacle with a glass of champagne or wine every evening.
Of course, there is also a washing machine at your disposal during your stay.
There is heating in every room as well as a wood stove in the living room. The firewood is included for the first few days. Further quantities can be taken from stock at cost price.
The house has one bedroom with a large double bed 180 x 200 cm and another bedroom with a single bed 90 x 200 cm.
There is also a plancha (grill plate) on the terrace. On it you grill meat, fish, seafood and vegetables at high temperatures, especially gently and aromatically. Fruit, pancakes and even eggs can also be easily prepared on the grill plate.
