Quiet and dreamlike situated holiday home in the enchanting, natural northwest of La Palma

Location:

Casa Nola is situated between Las Tricias and Santo Domingo at approx. 450 m above sea level in a quiet secluded location in the northwest of the island. The sea view and the naturally beautiful surroundings are second to none!

House and equipment:

A total of up to 6 people can be accommodated in 2 bedrooms (each with a double bed or a bunk bed plus a single bed). Apart from a bathroom with bathtub, fully equipped kitchen and living room, there is a wonderful terrace with garden furniture and sea view, a barbecue room in the style of earlier Canarian kitchens and a washing machine. Hot water is produced by solar energy. In order to be able to sit outside for a long time in the evening, a glazed winter garden is attached to the house.

To ensure that you are not closed off from the world even in the beautiful and secluded natural surroundings, there is TV, radio and music system as well as free Internet access via Long Distance WLAN by wireless router.

Activities:

An old footpath (approx. 45 min) leads to the “Puerto de Lomada Grande”, formerly a natural harbour with a protected bathing bay and natural pool. The coast is wild and rugged and largely unknown to tourists; you will usually find only a few locals living in their converted rock caves at weekends and going fishing from there in small boats. The water is crystal clear and the underwater life a paradise for divers.

However, the surrounding area is also suitable for wonderful hikes and mountain bike tours in untouched nature, e.g. to the dragon trees and cave dwellings of “Buracas” or up into the mountains.
