Location

Casa Primavista is situated in Puntagorda in the green northwest of the island at approx. 700 m, in absolutely quiet surroundings, with a breathtaking view of the sea and nature. The centre of Puntagorda with 3 supermarkets, several restaurants and bars, 2 organic food shops, a butcher’s shop, a café with German cakes and the popular farmer’s market at the weekends invites many guests to spend their holidays or leisure time in this beautiful place.

The surrounding area offers wonderful hiking trails. Not far away is the “Puerto de Puntagorda”, a natural harbour with a small sea swimming pool and a popular bathing place with a protected rocky bay and caves.

Furthermore, popular excursion destinations such as the Roque de los Muchachos, the Cuevas de Buracas or the beaches are easy to reach by car.

House and facilities

The Casa Primavista with approx. 70 sqm is located on a finca of approx. 40,000 sqm. The view of the sea and the surroundings are breathtaking. You only see nature and have complete peace and quiet here.

The modern house is furnished to a high standard. The bright living room is connected to the kitchen and has several floor-to-ceiling windows.

The very spacious kitchenette is made of solid wood and granite and is also very well equipped. A large skylight above the kitchen area provides even more light in the house.

In the living area you will find a large cosy sofa from which you can see outside into the beautiful nature through the floor-to-ceiling windows. Of course there is also a flat screen TV with German programmes and a CD player. And if you also need to work, there is very fast unlimited internet with fibre optics in the house.

For your nightly rest there are 2 bedrooms available, one with a double bed (180 x 200 cm), the other with a pull-out bed (90 x 200 cm each) and a cosy loft bed (100 x 200 cm) The beds are equipped with back-friendly latex mattresses. Thus, up to 5 people can spend their holiday in this beautiful house.

For hot and cool days, there is a combined air-conditioning and heating unit in both bedrooms and in the kitchen-living area.

Outside, a large wooden terrace with dining table and large parasol and of course sun loungers awaits you to relax and always with a view of the great landscape and the Atlantic Ocean.

A washing machine is also available.
