Activities:
There are many great walks in this area, such as the Roque de Los Muchachos, La Zarza, the Cuevas de Buracas… For hiking directly from the house or for stargazing, the surroundings are ideal.

Puntagorda is a 20-minute drive away. Here you have a selection of restaurants and bars, 3 supermarkets, butcher, 2 organic shops and cafe with German and very delicious cakes :-) And not to forget the popular farmers market that takes place every weekend. Saturdays from 15:00 to 19:00 and Sundays from 11:00 to 15:00.

Of course you also have the opportunity to go shopping or eat something in the immediate vicinity. The town of Santo Domingo is about 5 minutes by car from the house.

The house:

This house is for people who love nature and peace and appreciate a house in secluded location, with heated pool and countercurrent system, a lot of comfort and highest quality.

The finca is located in a fantastic secluded location with sea views in one of the most beautiful areas of La Palma, in Cueva de Agua, district of Garafía, in the northwest of La Palma in a very good climate and with lots of sunshine at only 380 m above sea level.

The house is a 2-storey house designed by the owners in Canarian style, with lots of light, very luxurious and with the best materials such as insulating windows, underfloor heating etc.

The newly built large conservatory to the right of the house, also with plenty of light and protected from the sun, with electric awnings on the glass roof, offers you and your family a wonderful place to eat together or to end the evening on the cozy leather sofa with a glass of wine.

The equipment is complete and perfect, from the spacious bedroom with large double bed, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, electrical appliances to underfloor heating, Astra TV, Internet, Bose Bluetooth music system etc.

There are a total of 3 bedrooms, 2 of them on the 1st floor with large balcony and beautiful sea views, 1 bathroom with bathtub + 1 separate toilet on the ground floor. The open kitchen is integrated in the living room.

A new area on the ground floor has just been completed, which contains another bedroom with double bed and an adjoining bathroom with walk-in shower for 2 more people.

The garden is beautiful and houses a heated saltwater pool about 5 m x 2.5 m x 1.60 m with countercurrent system, nudist suitable. On the spacious terrace area there are sun loungers, outdoor shower, 1 dining table with chairs in front of the house, additional seating and of course a parasol. Grilling is done on a large Weber gas grill.
