Casa Terri in La Punta, Tijarafe

A quietly located holiday home with pool and wifi, in the west of La Palma.

Casa Terri has been renovated and considerably improved with new pool, new outdoor facilities, large bathroom etc.

Location

Casa Terri is situated in a palm grove in La Punta de La Costa below El Time at an altitude of approx. 470 m in a quiet area with a wonderful view to the west over the Atlantic Ocean. From here you can easily reach all destinations of the island, it is not far to the beach of Puerto de Tazacorte (also via the footpath) and the Plaza of La Punta with bar / restaurant and supermarket can be reached on foot. The altitude and the village of La Punta guarantee the best climate island-wide.

House and equipment

The house consists of 2 separate flats, connected from the outside by a direct staircase, both with satellite TV and DSL-WLAN Internet. The lower granny flat remains empty for 2 persons, unless you rent both flats yourself. Both flats have a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a double bedroom each, upstairs with a new large double bed 180 x 200 cm, downstairs 2 single beds each 90 x 200 cm and in each flat there is also a sofa bed. Upstairs balcony and downstairs terrace with barbecue area and a dining table for cosy barbecue evenings. By the pool you will find a covered area with a large outdoor sofa with coffee table, a dining table with 4 chairs, comfortable loungers and an outdoor shower. In front of the house is a beautifully landscaped garden.

The very nice house owner Teresa also lives on the property and is very happy to provide you with fresh fruit and vegetables. However, the flat and the pool are not visible and you always have the flat and the pool to yourself and of course your privacy.

Up to 2 persons in the large apartment: € 110,- Euro / night (the 2nd flat remains empty)
Both apartments up to 4 persons: € 140,- / night
