Casa Valeria with approx. 95 sqm is situated in the beautiful village of Puntagorda at an altitude of approx. 800m. The newly renovated house can comfortably accommodate 4 people and is divided into upper floor with 1 bedroom with double bed 160 cm x 200 cm, kitchen, a living room with dining table for 4 people and a bathroom with bath. In the basement there is another bedroom with 2 single beds 90 cm x 200 cm each and 1 bathroom with shower.

In the spacious outdoor area of approx. 9,500 sqm, a private pool with solar heating and salt water system awaits you. There are also 4 sunbeds, a sheltered area with dining table and barbecue facilities and comfortable seating furniture, which you are welcome to place under the large tree in summer. For your enjoyment, there is a table tennis table and a badminton net plus rackets. On the spacious terrace you can enjoy the beautiful sunsets with a glass of wine and a view of the Atlantic Ocean.
