The spacious house with 150 m2 is located in Tijarafe at 600 m above sea level. It has a large living/dining area with an integrated kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, etc.

In the living area there are two comfortable sofas and a flat screen TV with German programs. From here you have direct access to the terrace. The entire front of this room has floor-to-ceiling windows and doors. A fireplace provides cozy warmth in winter.

There are also four bedrooms. The two larger bedrooms have a double bed, a closet and large floor-to-ceiling windows with access to the terrace and a view of the outside. The other two bedrooms each have two single beds, a closet and a window.

There are two bathrooms, one with a corner bath, WC and window. The other bathroom has a shower, WC and window.

There is free and unlimited Internet access via WLAN for working and surfing.

Tables and chairs are available for you on the long terrace. A few steps lead to the garden with palm trees.

The location is also ideal for stargazing, as there is hardly any stray light. Let yourself be enchanted.

The location in the central west of the island offers the ideal starting point for excursions to the north of the island, as well as to the south or east. The beach of Puerto Tazacorte, the pirate bay with Playa Jurado or the town of Los Llanos are just a stone’s throw away. The village of Tijarafe with its stores, restaurants and organic food store is within easy reach. The restaurant and supermarket are 950 m away on foot. Reachable by car in 3 minutes. The village of Puntagorda with restaurants, stores, two organic food stores, butcher, café with delicious cakes and the popular farmers’ market (at weekends) can be reached by car in approx. 15 minutes.
