Location and activities:

The location in the central west of the island offers the ideal starting point for trips to the north of the island, as well as to the south or east. It is not far to the beach of Puerto Tazacorte, Pirate Bay with Playa Jurado or the town of Los Llanos. The town of Tijarafe with shops, bars and organic food stores can be reached quickly. It is 950 m on foot to the restaurant or supermarket. It can be reached by car in 3 minutes. The town of Puntagorda with restaurants, shops, two organic food stores, butcher, café with delicious cakes and the popular farmer’s market (on weekends) can be reached by car in about 15 minutes.

The house with approx. 100 m2 is located in Tijarafe at 600 m above sea level. It has a large living-dining area with integrated kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, oven, ceramic hob, gas hob, microwave, coffee machine (capsules), etc.

In the living area there is a comfortable sofa and a dining table. The floor-to-ceiling windows/doors give you direct access to the terrace. A staircase leads to a gallery. On this there is a large sofa with chaise longue, a television and a telescope for stargazers. The front is glazed and this allows a lot of light into the house. A glass door leads to the balcony. It has a table with chairs, two sun loungers and a parasol. Enjoy the beautiful view.

There are also two bedrooms. One of them is to the right of the living area, the other to the left. This is a good layout if there are four of you. Both bedrooms have a double bed 160 cm × 200 cm, a wardrobe, a window and large floor-to-ceiling windows, with exit to the terrace and a view outside.

There is a bathroom available with a bathtub, shower, toilet, washing machine and window.

Behind the house there is another terrace with a table and chairs. Here you can sit in the shade on hot days and enjoy a leisurely meal.
