Villa Yaneric is a sustainable and exceptional luxury holiday home with a pool and a fantastic view of the Atlantic.

The holiday home, newly built in 2022, offers space for two people on 71 square meters of living space and the 300 square meter property. 2 more guests or children can sleep on the large, comfortable sofa bed and there is a cot and high chair for a baby.

The rooms of the house face the sea, so large glass sliding doors bring a lot of light into the house.

In the cozy living area with comfortable sofa/sofa bed, dining table, flat screen TV and pellet stove, there is also the open kitchen, which is equipped with high quality and modern appliances, such as B. large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, etc.

You can sleep in the spacious bedroom with double bed (160 cm x 200 cm), large wardrobe, Smart TV and a split air conditioning and heating system ensures a pleasant temperature. Modern blackout technology ensures ideal sleeping comfort. And of course you have the beautiful view of the outside and the Atlantic.

One of the highlights is the beautiful bathroom. In addition to a walk-in rain shower, there is a hydro-massage bathtub from which you have uninterrupted views of the outside and the Atlantic. You can open the floor-to-ceiling windows to enjoy the fresh air.

The outdoor area has been lovingly designed with palm trees, exotic plants and white pebbles. The private pool, 6 x 3 m, has a counter-current system and massage jets and can be heated. It can be illuminated in the evening for a great atmosphere. The cleaning is chlorine-free with a skin-friendly salt water system (electrolysis process for the natural chlorination of the water). There are also various seating options, as well as sun loungers, parasols and a gas grill. And for your enjoyment there is a bocce field and table football.

An environmentally friendly climate was also taken care of. Except for the pool heating, the house is 100% sustainably supplied and draws its electricity almost exclusively from a photovoltaic system. In summer it is also 100% sustainably supplied with the pool heating, in winter it may be that electricity for the pool heating has to be switched on on very few cloudy days. But the house is always self-sufficient with solar.

And if you want to observe the unique starry sky, a telescope is at your disposal.

Adjacent to the Villa Yaneric is the Villa Marajá for another 4 or 6 people. The houses are separated by a wall and each house has its own entrance. So if you come with friends or family, everyone has their privacy.

For culinary evenings, the popular restaurant La Muralla is within walking distance of the house. The bus stop can also be reached quickly if you want to use public transport. The center of Tijarafe with shops can be reached quickly by car.
