Location:

Finca La Bonita is located in the sought-after, very quiet residential area below Puntagorda, at approximately 550 meters above sea level with unobstructed 180° views of the Atlantic. Puntagorda has three supermarkets, two organic shops, a butcher, a café with delicious cakes, restaurants, bars, and a health center. The surrounding area offers wonderful hiking trails directly from the house; Puntagorda is especially beautiful during the almond blossom season. Not far away and reachable by car in about 15 minutes is Puerto de Puntagorda. A natural harbor and popular bathing spot with a sheltered rocky cove and caves. On weekends, Saturdays and Sundays, Puntagorda hosts a popular farmers’ market with local produce.

Spectacular moonsets, rainbows, and impressive cloud formations, as well as a breathtaking starry sky at night, are part of the daily inclusive program on our Isla Bonita. Very suitable for astrophotography, as there is hardly any stray light.

The apartment:

The holiday apartment La Bonita is a completely separate living unit, with its own entrance and parking space right outside.

The very friendly and personable owners live on the property. However, the apartment, the pool, the gas grill, and the terrace area are always at their exclusive disposal.

The finca was built in 2015 and lovingly renovated and expanded in 2017 and 2018, and now meets the highest environmental standards. A photovoltaic system with 16 cells and lithium batteries enables a virtually self-sufficient energy supply. Both the domestic water and the pool water are heated using solar collectors.

The 55 sqm living space is divided into a living-dining room, a very well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom, and is very comfortable for two people thanks to its thoughtful layout. The apartment also includes a sheltered breakfast terrace and a terrace with sun loungers. Directly adjacent is the 8 m x 4 m saltwater pool. This is solar-heated, significantly extending the swimming season. Fitness enthusiasts also have access to a counter-current system.

The area of the pool terrace to the north of the pool is currently the owner’s hobbyhorse. A typical Spanish outdoor kitchen with a grill and bread oven, an outdoor toilet, and an outdoor shower have been created here.

The very friendly and cozy apartment is furnished to an exceptionally high standard and will therefore also meet the needs of guests with discerning tastes.
