Location:

Nestled in nature on the quiet outskirts of Puntagorda and on the coast, “The BLUE Casa” is located in the sunny northwest of La Palma. The stunning architecture of this luxury holiday home, with over 4-meter-high glass facades, offers glimpses of nature like you’ve probably never experienced before.

Restaurants and shops are within walking distance. There are three supermarkets, two organic food stores, a butcher, a café with delicious cakes, restaurants, bars, and a health center.

On weekends, Saturdays and Sundays, Puntagorda hosts a popular farmers’ market with local produce.

The surrounding area offers wonderful hiking trails directly from the house; Puntagorda is especially beautiful during the almond blossom season. Not far away is Puerto de Puntagorda, a natural harbor and popular bathing spot with a small sea pool, a sheltered rocky cove, and caves.

The house:

Inside, there are two spacious bedrooms with large double beds and built-in wardrobes, as well as direct terrace access, and two high-quality separate bathrooms. The spacious living and dining area, as well as the kitchen, are flooded with light thanks to the 4-meter-high glass fronts. The exposed concrete ceiling is another modern feature. The owners placed great emphasis on the design, functionality, and furnishings of the holiday home. Many furnishings were crafted by a local carpenter according to the owners’ specific wishes.

The fully equipped designer kitchen is the heart of the house and, like the entire living area, offers breathtaking views of the Atlantic.

The villa’s building services are also state-of-the-art. For example, all rooms have modern underfloor heating, and the kitchen is equipped with the latest brand-name built-in appliances. A washing machine with integrated dryer is also at your disposal.

The newly landscaped garden area features a heated, private 5-meter-diameter saltwater pool and three large terraces with a dining table directly in front of the house. Behind the house, a sheltered breakfast terrace with a table and sun loungers awaits you. There are also various seating areas, sun loungers, and parasols. Colorful and typically Palmerian plants complete the picture. From here, you have a fantastic sea view, and in the evening, you can gaze at and enjoy La Palma’s unique starry sky with a glass of wine.

A high-quality Weber gas grill is available for your culinary delights, and you can help yourself to the fruit trees and herbs. Depending on the season, there are avocados, mangoes, peaches, lemons, oranges, tangerines, bananas, and much more!

This completely and lovingly renovated stone house with state-of-the-art technology will enchant you! For example, all rooms have modern underfloor heating, and the kitchen is equipped with the latest built-in appliances.

Outside, there are two large terraces in the newly landscaped garden area, a spacious bedroom with a large double bed and built-in wardrobes, a high-quality new bathroom, and a cozy living and dining area with an open-plan kitchen. The owners have placed great emphasis on the design, functionality, and amenities of the finca. Many furnishings were crafted by a local carpentry workshop according to the owners’ special wishes. The new, fully equipped kitchen in a historic style is the heart of the house and, like the entire living area, offers a magnificent view of the Atlantic.
