Fantastic views and absolute tranquility await you in this unique location at 550 meters above sea level on the coast of Puntagorda. The new Villa Amigos enjoys a privileged location in terms of both temperature and wind. It lies south of Puntagorda’s “Fat Point” and is thus protected from the island’s predominantly northerly winds. This is a great advantage, especially during the months of November to March. The small neighborhood consists of only two holiday homes, meaning there is virtually no disturbance from urban noise or barking dogs. The hillside location makes it impossible for neighbors to overlook the property; even the buildings don’t spoil the fantastic view of the sea. In the evenings, you can enjoy stunning sunsets, and at night, you can observe countless stars, ideal for astrophotography.

The town of Puntagorda is just a few minutes away by car. There are three supermarkets, two organic food stores, a butcher, a café with delicious cakes, restaurants, bars, and a health center. The surrounding area offers wonderful hiking trails directly from the house; Puntagorda is especially beautiful during the almond blossom season. Not far away and also within walking distance is Puerto de Puntagorda, a natural harbor and popular swimming spot with a sheltered rocky cove and caves. On weekends, Saturdays and Sundays, Puntagorda hosts a popular farmers’ market with local produce.

The house and outdoor area:

Through large sliding doors with sunshades, you enter the interior of the house. This is equipped with air conditioning units that can both cool and heat. The bathroom, bedroom, and living room also have underfloor heating. This allows you to create the ideal indoor climate for your well-being in every season. Thanks to an oversized solar system, this house, despite all its luxury, produces more electricity than it consumes. There is even a charging station for electric cars.

The living room is furnished with a high-quality leather couch, a dining table, a desk, a Yamaha electric piano, a large Q-LED television with German and international internet channels, and a Magnat stereo receiver with a visible tube amplifier, which delivers enchanting sound and features a Bluetooth interface. Internet access is provided by Starlink and is available to you without restrictions. The kitchen is equipped with far superior appliances and utensils. If you have any special needs, please let us know before your arrival so we can accommodate them. Several coffee options are available: There is a fully automatic coffee machine, a conventional filter machine, a mocha machine, and a Nespresso with reusable capsules, so everyone can enjoy their favorite coffee. The bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower and a generous vanity next to the toilet. The special toilet paper provided can be disposed of in the toilet as usual; it does not need to be collected in separate containers, as is customary on the island. Hand, bath, and beach towels, as well as bathrobes, are provided. The bedroom features a spacious wardrobe, large enough to hold your suitcases, another large Q-LED TV, and, as another small highlight, a panoramic skylight with a remote-controlled blackout blind. The large sliding door has a blackout blind as well as a fly screen to protect you from unwanted intruders while you sleep with the door open. A washing machine is available for your use in the utility room.

In front of the house is a large terrace with a 9 m x 4 m heated infinity pool with an integrated warm water zone. The infinity edge of the pool is extended to the right and left by the terrace and flowerbeds, creating an approximately 30 m long horizon edge that offers spectacular views of the ocean. Adjacent to the terrace is another highlight: another terrace carved into the rock with a covered outdoor bed. There is also an outdoor shower, loungers, parasols, several seating areas, and a gas grill on the terrace.
