Location

The wine finca is situated in a cul-de-sac below the village of Puntagorda, at an altitude of 473 metres above sea level in a climatically privileged zone. Situated below the village of Puntagorda, you can reach different supermarkets, a health food shop, a bakery, different cafés and restaurants and a pharmacy in about 5 minutes. The medical centre is about 3 km away. In about 10 minutes by car you can reach the Puerto de Puntagorda, a small, rustic rocky bay with swimming possibilities in the sea.

House and equipment

The newly built holiday home Villa Albillo with approx. 90 sqm living space and a total of approx. 5800 sqm plot is modern and comfortably furnished. On the property there is an approx. 3500 sqm vineyard of the white wine variety Albillo (which also gave its name to the house), a fruit terrace, antique Era (threshing floor) and a biotope that has been left in its natural state for decades.

Inside, you have two flat-screen TVs including a 3D cinema with beamer, screen (approx. 125 inches) and surround sound.

The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired with a hob, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, fully automatic coffee machine and microwave.

The bedroom with a double bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and mattresses suitable for allergy sufferers is fully air-conditioned.

In the living area you will not only find a modern fireplace with fresh air supply, but also a wonderful view over the Atlantic Ocean.

In addition, there is of course a modern bathroom with shower and toilet.

On the ground level terrace then the highlight, the heated 3.5 m x 7 m infinity pool with counter-current system and a natural salt system for gentle and ecological disinfection. You can enjoy your holiday under the sun to the full on the sun loungers.

In addition, for lovers of extensive barbecues, there is an inviting outdoor kitchen with gas grill. From there, you not only have a view of the wonderfully chirping vineyard, but also always of the blue surging Atlantic in the distance.

Through the large floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room, you can enjoy the view of the pool and the sea. For the cooler days, there is a corner stove with fresh air supply and double-walled stainless steel fireplace.

The holiday home is for two people, a third person can sleep on the sofa bed.

The newly completed annexe Casa de Piedra can be booked in addition to Villa Albillo. It is not rented separately. The annexe is equipped for 2 persons with kitchen, bedroom and living area.

If you are planning a holiday together with dear friends or family members, the secret pride of our complex, the smaller Casa de Piedra, can be booked as an option. A Canarian stone house over a hundred years old, it has been lovingly restored to preserve the unique, original rustic charm of the Canaries and combine it with the comforts of our time. Under an open ceiling with impressive original beams, the charming living and dining room presents itself with a small (sofa bed, TV with German channels and the spacious, modern kitchen. The wonderfully dignified bedroom with double bed and wardrobe is followed by a modern bathroom with shower and washing machine. All living and sleeping areas also have direct exits to the surrounding outdoor area.

• 75,- € per night for 2 persons
• Plus 1 daily rate 75,- € for the final cleaning
• On request we can reserve a cheap rental car for you (from/to the airport).
