Location:

The Villa Atardecer (in English sunset) with approx. 95 sqm, is located in the beautiful town of Puntagorda, outside the center in a secluded location at the end of a cul-de-sac, in one of the most beautiful locations at approx. 600 m, with a spectacular unobstructed sea view.

In the town of Puntagorda there are several supermarkets, an organic shop, restaurants, bars and a health center. Also worth mentioning is the farmer’s market on Saturday and Sunday, with local products, e.g. freshly pressed sugar cane juice, fruit and vegetables from the region and delicious cakes.

The surrounding area offers wonderful hiking trails directly from the house. Not far away is the “Puerto de Puntagorda”, a natural harbor and popular bathing area with a sheltered rocky bay and caves.

Popular excursion destinations, such as, for example, the “Costa del Sol” and the “Costa del Sol” are also within walking distance. The Roque de los Muchachos, the Cuevas de Buracas or the beaches are easy to reach by car.

The house:

The newly renovated house comfortably accommodates 4 people in 2 bedrooms each and 1 additional person on the comfortable sofa in the living room or on an extra bed. 2 bathrooms with shower, each adjacent to the bedrooms, one of which has a walk-in shower, ensure a pleasant stay.

The kitchen is fully equipped, you can prepare delicious food as you please. It is also worth mentioning that the holiday villa is equipped with an alarm system.

Outside, a plot of land with a total of approx. 13,000 square meters awaits you, on which the private pool with solar heating and salt water system and an outdoor shower is located right next to the house. There are 2 covered terrace areas, next to the house with a dining table and 6 chairs, in front of the house a dining table with 4 chairs, with a spectacular sea view and sun loungers. There are also 2 large parasols available. Another terrace with comfortable and modern garden furniture and sun loungers is located right next to the pool. In the garden you can use the fruit and avocado trees. You can prepare wonderful fish, meat or other delicacies on the electric grill.

The sunsets are breathtaking and pamper your soul. You can enjoy this spectacle every evening on the spacious terrace area with a glass of sparkling wine or wine.

It’s important to know that there are two cats on the property. They are very friendly and will visit you on the terrace and will be happy to be fed by you with the food provided by the owner.
