The town of Puntagorda can be reached by car in just a few minutes. There are three supermarkets, two organic shops, a butcher, a café with delicious cakes, restaurants, bars and a health center. The surrounding area offers wonderful hiking trails directly from the house, Puntagorda is particularly beautiful during the almond blossom season. Not far away and also reachable on foot in less than an hour is the Puerto de Puntagorda, a natural harbor and popular bathing area with a sheltered rocky bay and caves. At the weekend, every Saturday and Sunday, the popular farmers’ market with local products takes place in Puntagorda.

The living area is the center of the house and separates the two bedrooms from each other. This means that if you are traveling with 4 people, you have your privacy. Both bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub. The large windows in the bedrooms offer a fantastic view of the terrace and the Atlantic Ocean, and you have direct access to the terrace with seating.

From the main terrace, which is directly in front of the living area, you can reach the pool via a small staircase. Sun loungers and modern garden furniture are available for relaxing. An outdoor shower and the fantastically designed and heated infinity pool measuring 9 m x 3.5 m ensure that you can cool off. Its construction means that it almost disappears into the sea and when it is dark, it can be illuminated.

The villa was designed and constructed as a bioclimatic house. Energy consumption is limited by this construction, as the natural heat and cold sources of the environment are used optimally.

The driveway separates Villa Majarona from Villa Bajamar, together perfect for a holiday for six. The two villas are so far apart that if you come as a couple or four, you will have complete privacy
