This villa is ideal for people who want to live in luxury and appreciate the comfort and amenities of this beautiful home.

The Villa Marajá, newly built in 2022, offers space for four people on 110 m2 of living space and a 500 m2 plot. 2 more guests or children can sleep on the large, comfortable sofa bed and there is a cot and high chair for a baby.

The rooms of the house face the sea, so large glass sliding doors bring a lot of light into the house.

In the cozy living area with a comfortable, large sofa/sofa bed, dining table with 6 chairs, flat screen TV and pellet stove, there is also an open kitchen, which is of high quality and equipped with modern appliances, such as. B. large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, etc.

There are 2 bedrooms, each with a French double bed (160 cm x 200 cm), large closet, Smart TV and a split air conditioning and heating system ensures a comfortable temperature. And of course you have the beautiful view of the outside and the Atlantic. Modern blackout technology ensures ideal sleeping comfort. There are also 2 bathrooms en suite with a large, walk-in shower.

The outdoor area has been lovingly designed with palm trees, exotic plants and white pebbles. The private pool, 8 x 3 m, has a counter-current system and massage jets and can be heated. It can be illuminated in the evening for a great atmosphere. There are also various seating options, as well as sun loungers, parasols and a large grill oven and kitchen with sink in a separate room.

Enjoy this wonderful place every evening with a good glass of La Palma wine and marvel at the spectacular sunsets.

For your enjoyment there is a bocce field and table football. And if you want to observe the unique starry sky, a telescope is at your disposal.

An environmentally friendly climate was also taken care of. Except for the pool heating (but only in winter), the house is 100% sustainably supplied and draws its electricity almost exclusively from a photovoltaic system. In summer it is also 100% sustainably supplied with the pool heating, in winter it may be that electricity for the pool heating has to be switched on on very few cloudy days. But the house is always self-sufficient with solar.

Adjacent to Villa Marajá is Casa Yaneric for 2 more people and an additional 2 people or children on the large sofa bed. The houses are separated by a wall and each house has its own entrance. So if you come with friends or family, everyone has their privacy.

For culinary evenings, the popular restaurant La Muralla is within walking distance of the house. The bus stop can also be reached quickly if you want to use public transport. The center of Tijarafe with shops can be reached quickly by car.
