Due to the absolute isolation, relaxed nudist vacations are also possible here. The view from inside and outside is breathtaking! The sea is at your feet and you enjoy a 180-degree panoramic sea view from the villa. Hard to imagine, but with a view to the west you are in the “last house” up to the American continent – more sea is not possible!

The high-quality architect-designed villa combines Mediterranean style elements, such as stone walls, antique wooden doors and exposed roof beams, with modern purist elegance. The enormous window areas make the house one with the surrounding nature and allow impressive landscape experiences and magnificent sunsets all year round. Here, everything is geared towards rest, relaxation and the joy of vacation. In the house you can expect a magnificent view of the sea, in the outdoor area you can enjoy the extensive terrace and pool area completely undisturbed and unobstructed. A variety of plants, including different types of palms and cacti of different sizes, olive trees and pineapples, create a lovely atmosphere around the elegant villa. With a little luck and patience, you can watch whales and dolphins from the terrace, as well as enjoy the fascinating starry sky at night.

The focal point of the architect villa is the light-flooded designer kitchen with cooking island and integrated bar counter. The very well equipped kitchen with its generous work surfaces and high-quality kitchen appliances from BOSCH (refrigerator and freezer, oven, induction stove as well as wine cabinet) paired with the magnificent view of the expanse of the sea invite to comfortable and relaxed cooking. The high-quality and large wine cabinet with two climate zones ensures that your wine is always perfectly tempered. The extensive kitchen equipment also includes a portafilter espresso machine, a juice extractor, wine/champagne buckets and beautiful wine, cognac and whisky glasses.

The living area offers a cozy vintage leather couch with chaise longue as well as and a spacious dining table with comfortable leather chairs. A 55-inch TV (via Astra satellite you receive German, Spanish and other European channels) with a swiveling arm and integrated Internet connection (smart TV functions such as Netflix) allows you to enjoy a variety of television. Whether you are reading, entertaining, watching TV, eating or drinking – from everywhere you have a dreamlike infinity view over the pool deck to the Atlantic Ocean.

The two bedrooms, each with their individually connected en-suite bathrooms, are located in the wings to the left and right of the main complex. This results in plenty of privacy and a private terrace off each of the bedrooms. From both private rooms there is a wonderful view of the sea from the bed and also from the bathroom. The double beds (each 1.80 x 2.0 meters) offer the highest sleeping comfort. This is ensured by orthopedic natural rubber mattresses from German manufacture and anti-allergic treatment with neem tree seed extract. The various pillows and bedding are made of anti-allergic material and all bedding has a biological certification. We want you to relax even in your sleep!

The furniture in the outdoor area shows – just as in the indoor area – the highest quality. Thus, you will find luxury loungers with high-quality cushions, which guarantee a relaxed lying. You will also find a very high-quality outdoor sofa under a shaded wooden pergola, which invites you to linger and relax. In addition, a cozy dining and seating area is available directly at the infinity pool, located right at the exit of the living area to the pool deck and thus in close proximity to the kitchen. The pool area is encompassed by a high quality and spacious real wood terrace made of thermo-ash, which gives off a nice chill-out feeling.

The modern white infinity pool is particularly suitable for swimming due to its dimensions (3 x 9 meters). The skin-friendly saltwater pool is electronically controlled and ensures an ideal PH level at all times. It can be heated by a photovoltaic system belonging to the villa by means of a heat pump, so that nothing stands in the way of swimming pleasure even in the winter months. However, due to weather conditions, we cannot guarantee ideal water temperatures at all times.

All cabinets in the living/kitchen, bedroom and bathroom areas as well as the beds are custom made of wood by a manufactory.

Last but not least, we attach great importance to sustainability and environmental protection: a 9.6 KWp photovoltaic system allows for an almost 100% self-sufficiency rate, while a reliable backup system ensures that there are no restrictions in the power supply. A drinking water filtration system saves you the hassle of lugging water bottles and helps avoid plastic. The waste system located in the kitchen allows you to easily separate waste (meanwhile, La Palma also pays attention to waste separation and recycling).

For a fee:

Coffee service: We offer different types of specialty coffee from a renowned and multi-award winning German coffee roasting company. A map of the available coffees is available in the house.

Wine service: we offer wines from La Palma as well as from the Spanish mainland for purchase (a wine cabinet for storing the wines is available). A map of the available wines is available in the house.
