The holiday villa is set on a plot of around 15,000 square metres on the idyllic edge of Puntagorda, at approx. 780 metres above sea level. A high standard of living awaits you, paired with understated luxury: a tasteful blend of typical local style elements and modern furnishings creates an immediate feel-good ambience.

The large garden is exceptional and lovingly designed. Stroll along picturesque paths through the park-like grounds and discover the various levels amid palms and Mediterranean plants. Find your very own favourite spot:

During the day, the heated pool invites you to take a refreshing dip. Enjoy sunbathing on the comfortable loungers of the elegant, marble-laid pool area, or relax in the lounge of the sun-sheltered pool house. When it gets cooler in the evening, you can light the outdoor wood-burning stove and round off the day in comfort by the crackling fire and cosy warmth.

Spacious living with room for the whole family:

The villa offers ample space for up to 6 people (plus a small child) and is divided into two levels. As the lower apartment does not have its own kitchen, the house is always rented out only as a whole – so you are guaranteed to enjoy the entire property all to yourself.

Room layout in detail:

The upper area (approx. 115 m²) Ideal for 2–4 adults + 1 child (up to 8 years). Here you will find the bright living room with conservatory and large balcony, the fully equipped kitchen, as well as the additional living space in the gable, ideal for relaxing. Both bedrooms have air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom (shower/toilet).

• Bedroom 1: double bed, wardrobe, bookshelf
• Bedroom 2: two single beds (also usable as a double bed), wardrobe and a sofa bed (60 x 200 cm, ideal for a child up to approx. 8 years / max. 1.40 m in height). (All mattresses measure 90 x 200 cm, offer a firm sleeping comfort and are suitable for allergy sufferers)

The lower area / apartment (approx. 45 m²) Ideal for 2 adults + 1 small child (up to 3 years). Bookable only in combination with the main house.

The light-flooded apartment has its own living room (heatable by a wood-burning stove) and a generous terrace.

• Bedroom: double bed (two allergy-friendly mattresses, each 90 x 200 cm), air conditioning and underfloor heating. We are happy to provide a child’s travel cot on request.
• Bathroom: equipped with shower, toilet, underfloor heating and window

Sustainability and natural materials:

During the renovation and furnishing, the owners placed great importance on natural, pollutant-free building materials. All the woodwork – from the beds and wardrobes to the kitchen and the windows and doors – was custom-made from solid wood by a local carpentry. Solid wood floorboards in the bedrooms and the upper living area create a warm atmosphere, stylishly complemented by hand-knotted kilim rugs. In the kitchen, hallway and bathrooms, cement tiles echo the traditional Canarian architecture. The lower apartment also impresses with its elegant Spanish marble floor (Crema Marfil).

Energy supply & pleasant climate:

The sustainability concept continues with the energy supply: a solar system and two heat pumps (supported by the public power grid) supply the house reliably. Comfortable temperatures are ensured by underfloor heating in the upper area, while a cosy wood-burning stove provides warmth in the lower living room. Thanks to an electric cover, the heated pool reaches a pleasant 20 to 25 degrees from autumn to spring (depending on the weather). In summer, the water warms up naturally to 25 to 30 degrees.

Wellness & fitness:

As a special highlight, a private sauna and an in-house gym are available to guests. Work out and afterwards relax on the comfortable lounge furniture in front of the sauna, with a wonderful view of the green garden and the deep blue Canarian sky.
