Modern furnished vacation home for 2 people on the coast of Puntagorda with a great sea view. Very suitable for stargazing.

Location:

Casa de Pura is located outside the center of Puntagorda in a secluded location with spectacular sea views.

In Puntagorda there are three supermarkets, a health food store, a café with delicious cakes, a butcher, restaurants, bars and a health center. Also worth a visit is the farmers’ market on Saturdays and Sundays, with local products such as freshly squeezed sugar cane juice, fruit and vegetables and handicrafts.

The surrounding area offers wonderful hiking trails directly from the house. Not far away is the “Puerto de Puntagorda”, a natural harbor and popular bathing spot with a sheltered rocky bay and caves.

Popular excursion destinations such as the Roque de los Muchachos, the Cuevas de Buracas and the beaches are also within easy reach by car.

House and furnishings:

Casa de Pura was completely refurbished in December 2023 and equipped with modern furniture. Nevertheless, there are also beautiful Canarian elements, such as the old wooden windows and the Canarian wooden gable roof. The house is intended for 2 people and a baby is also very welcome.

The spacious living area has a comfortable couch, a well-equipped kitchen, including a ceramic hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, coffee machine, Italian cafetera, washing machine, dining table and desk.

There is a flatscreen TV via satellite, so you can also watch German television. And if you need or want to work, there is fast, unlimited internet with fiber optic connection.

The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower, WC, washbasin and a window.

For hot or cold days, there is a combined air conditioning and heating unit.

In the outdoor area you will find 2 sun loungers, a brick barbecue with bench and table, another table with chairs, a covered pergola and, from May 2024, a private pool for refreshment. The private parking space is right next to the house.

The property is surrounded by a fence to prevent uninvited visitors such as goats from entering the property.

We welcome you with a fruit basket with seasonal fruits and an excellent wine from La Palma.
