The modern villa Balcon del Mar with 162 m2 has been lovingly furnished with very high quality furniture and extravagant. To emphasize are also the great paintings, the natural stone wall in the kitchen/dining area and the beautiful accessories.

The large kitchen with very good equipment leaves nothing to be desired. Here you can cook as you please and serve your meals on the large dining table indoors or even on the terrace, directly in front of the kitchen.

In the spacious living area there is a large, comfortable sofa with many pillows, as well as a large flat screen TV. A reading chair with a floor lamp invites you to linger. In addition, here is also a large pass-through with counter and 2 bar stools, connected to the kitchen.

There are 2 bedrooms with desk and two en-suite bathrooms. One bedroom has a double bed 180 × 200 cm, the other bedroom is equipped with two single beds 90 × 200 cm. The mattresses and bedding are of very good quality. Adjacent to each there is a walk-in closet with robes, shelves and large mirror. And of course you have a wonderful view outside through the large glass doors.

Free wifi is of course also at your disposal.

In the outdoor area, the great infinity pool, a large dining table under a pergola, several seating options and the brick barbecue with storage and sink await you. And for cooling off, there is an outdoor shower.

In the whole region you can do excellent hiking. The town of Puntagorda can be reached by car in a few minutes. There are in the village 3 supermarkets, 2 organic food stores, 1 butcher, restaurants and 1 cafe with delicious cakes and the very popular farmer’s market that takes place on weekends.

The villa’s location also makes it ideal for amateur astronomers to stargaze. The starry sky at night is unique, as there is no disturbing light pollution in the area.
