Casa El Palmeral is located in Aguatavar, a district of Tijarafe. The village center with stores and restaurants can be reached within 5 minutes by car and the next village Puntagorda with many restaurants, stores and the popular farmers market can be reached within 10 minutes by car. Several hiking trails lead through Tijarafe and from there towards Tazacorte, with great swimming in the Atlantic Ocean or Puntagorda. Very nice is also the hiking tour to the legendary Smuggler’s Bay or Playa de La Veta, below Tijarafe.

Description:

Casa El Palmeral with about 80 m2, in typical Canarian style, has been lovingly renovated by the owners. With much love everything was furnished and decorated.

Inside you will find a well equipped kitchen with dining table and 4 chairs. From the dining table you can look through the kitchen window to the outside and the sea. In the living room there are 2 comfortable sofas and a flat screen TV, with German programs. You can sleep in 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a single bed, with a typical Canarian sitting area. There is also a bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet. All rooms have a beautiful Canarian roof made of tea wood.

The outdoor area is a dream, with large palm trees, beautiful plants and fruit and avocado trees.

Here, of course, you may help yourself. In this wonderful place you will enjoy absolute privacy and complete tranquility. Just in front of the house is a modern seating set and a table with benches.On the large terrace area you will find more seating and sun loungers.Here you can enjoy the beautiful sea view and the beautiful sunsets.

For culinary days or evenings there is also a covered grill house, with sink and dining table at your disposal. Here you can grill protected from the sun according to your heart’s desire and spend a nice time.The house and the beautiful surroundings will enchant you.
