Location:

The charming Casa Vista al Mar is located on the coast, below the popular village of Puntagorda, at around 500 meters above sea level.

You can start hiking directly from the house, e.g. B. to the Puerto (port) de Puntagorda, with a small sea swimming pool.

The village of Puntagorda can be reached by car in just a few minutes. There are three supermarkets, an organic store, a butcher, restaurants and a café with delicious cakes and the very popular farmers’ market with local products that takes place on the weekends.

Due to its location, the Casa is ideal for hobby astronomers for stargazing. The nighttime starry sky is unique because there is no annoying light pollution.

The house:

The new house is modernly furnished and can accommodate 2 people. A third person can sleep on the large sofa bed in the living room. It is very bright and you have access to the terrace from all rooms except the bathroom.

Inside, in the living and dining area there is a well-equipped kitchen, a large, comfortable sofa (sofa bed), a flat screen TV with German programs, a chest of drawers and a dining table. The interior has been lovingly decorated with high-quality pictures and accessories

You also have direct access to the terrace from the bedroom, with its double bed 160 cm × 200 cm and wardrobe. Next to the bedroom is the bathroom with window, toilet, sink and walk-in shower.

For warm and colder days, there is a combination unit of air conditioning and heating available in the living area and bedroom. Underfloor heating in all rooms also ensures cozy warmth in winter.

The area in front of the house with a large terrace offers you various seating options, such as a dining table, a comfortable seating area to the right of the house, 2 loungers, a parasol and you can grill on the Weber charcoal grill. From the terrace you can enjoy the beautiful sea views and spectacular sunsets. At night you can see La Palma’s unique starry sky.

The highlight is the jacuzzi on the terrace. This can be heated to up to 40 degrees in winter and there is also lighting. Enjoy it with a glass of wine with a view of the Atlantic or at night with a view of the fantastic starry sky.
