Location:

Casa El Rodadero is located outside the center of Puntagorda in a secluded location with spectacular sea views.

In the town of Puntagorda there are three supermarkets, an organic store, a café with delicious cakes, a butcher, restaurants, bars and a health center. The Ancora restaurant is e.g. B. can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes, the Spar supermarket in about 20 minutes. Also worth mentioning is the farmers’ market on Saturday and Sunday, with local products, such as freshly squeezed sugar cane juice, local fruit and vegetables and delicious cakes.

The surrounding area offers wonderful hiking trails directly from the house. Not far away is the “Puerto de Puntagorda”, a natural harbor and popular bathing spot with a sheltered rocky bay and caves.

There are also popular excursion destinations such as: B. the Roque de los Muchachos, the Cuevas de Buracas or the beaches are easy to reach by car.

The charming Casa El Rodadero with approx. 90 m2 is located in the town of Puntagorda, which is very popular with tourists, at approx. 780 m above sea level on a plot of approx. 5000 m2.

The house is lovingly and comfortably furnished. The owners attach great importance to ensuring that their guests feel comfortable.

You enter the house through the winter garden. First you enter the living area with a sofa and flat screen TV with German programs. This room also houses the excellently equipped, open kitchen with a dining table and four chairs. For cooler evenings, a fireplace provides cozy warmth.

If you want or need to work, unlimited fiber optic internet is available.

The hallway leads to a bedroom with a double bed 150 cm × 200 cm and a wardrobe, with an en-suite bathroom with bathtub, toilet, vanity unit.

The second bedroom has two single beds 90 × 200 cm, a wardrobe and a safe for your valuables.

The sofa in the living room offers additional sleeping accommodation; it can be converted into a sofa bed (sleeping area approx. 120 cm × 180 cm).

There is also another bathroom with a shower, toilet, washbasin and a window.

For culinary evenings there is a covered brick barbecue with access to the winter garden.

Here you can grill to your heart’s content and enjoy your meal on colder days in the wind-protected winter garden, and in the evenings with a view of the starry sky.

At the top of the house, accessible via stairs, is a spacious sun terrace with seating, 4 loungers and the heated pool (7.50 × 4 m) with a sliding glass roof. The advantage is that the heat can accumulate and the pool does not cool down and in cooler temperatures you swim under the cover because the water temperature rarely falls below 20 degrees in winter. But there is also pool heating, which you can book for a fee.

An important point should not go unmentioned: Casa El Rodadero is a sustainable holiday home. Since September 2022, it has been supplied exclusively with a 7 kWp PV system for all electricity needs.
