Location

Casa Protea is located in the natural northwest, very quiet and secluded, with a unique sea view, in El Castillo in beautiful natural surroundings at an altitude of about 890 meters. The hiking trail from Las Tricias to El Castillo passes close to the house. Nearby is the Restaurante Azul, where you can eat very well in a very special atmosphere. Due to its remote location, the finca is also ideal for hobby astronomers to observe the stars and for nature lovers who love the peace and solitude. Many Protea and other plants beautify the finca around the house and on the large, private grounds.

House and equipment

The house consists of 2 separate apartments with almost identical furnishings for up to 2 people each. Even if you rent only one apartment for 2 people, the other apartment remains free.

Living room with kitchen, bedroom, bathroom with bathtub, satellite TV, internet, modern electric combination unit for heating, air conditioning and dehumidifier, large terrace, sitting area under a huge old Canarian pine tree directly in front of the house with sea view. Unfortunately, the fireplace cannot be used.

Activities

Ideal for hobby astronomers and for hiking and relaxing in the popular hiking area near Las Tricias / El Castillo.
