The house:

The beautiful villa with 90 sqm was built in 2017 and has a spacious living room with fireplace, with large floor-to-ceiling windows and an exposed concrete ceiling, the rooms are 3.70 m high. This gives you a feeling of space with the direct view of the Atlantic Ocean and an integrated open kitchen with dishwasher. The living room is modern and cozy with designer furniture. There are many great paintings on the walls and throughout the house there are sculptures and artwork that the homeowners have brought from around the world. There is also a bedroom, also with floor-to-ceiling windows and a large patio door from which you can walk right outside. It offers perfect sleeping comfort with its large double bed (180 x 200) and new high-quality mattresses. The oriental designed bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet impresses with handmade Moroccan tiles as well as a handmade and hammered silver-plated copper sink. Throughout the house is a beautiful travertine floor and in all rooms is a central gas heating.

In the house there is a TV (satellite), stereo with CD player and internet access.

There are several terraces with beautiful garden furniture and carefully selected details that will make your vacation unforgettable.

From the terrace and the pool you have an unobstructed view over the finca to the coast of Puntagorda. Sunsets here will be an incredible experience.

The villa is located below the village of Puntagorda at an altitude of only 560m in a lovely natural landscape with magnificent panoramic views of the vastness of the Atlantic Ocean.

Except for the whispering of the wind, some birds and now and then the sound of the sea, nothing can be heard here.

In the evenings you will be fascinated with fantastic sunsets and at the later hour, with a clear view, innumerable stars appear, ideal also for astrophotography or stargazing.

Another plus are the many hiking possibilities directly from the house and the easy access to the stores in Puntagorda.

In the village of Puntagorda there are several supermarkets, health food store, restaurants, bars and a health center. The surrounding area offers wonderful hiking trails directly from the house, especially during the almond blossom Puntagorda is beautiful. Not far away and also within walking distance is the “Puerto de Puntagorda”, a natural harbor and popular bathing place with a protected rocky bay and caves.

• A security deposit of € 400 is also required and will be refunded within 7 days of departur
• Free gas central heating from 01.11.-31.03. of the year

Cleaning:

• For bookings of 14 days or more, free weekly cleaning is included

Minimum stay:

• Short stays within 3 months: 3 days
• Stays of 3 months or more: 5 days
