Villa Morrito on the coast of Puntagorda

Welcome to Villa Morrito with Jacuzzi and a spectacular sea view in absolute solitude in Puntagorda! And also dogs are allowed 😊

Location:

Villa Morrito, newly built in 2017, is located in a beautiful location with a breathtaking sea view. It is climatically very favorable at only 490 m on the coast of Puntagorda, in absolute isolation. In the whole region you can do excellent hiking. Directly from the house you can walk, for example, down to the harbor with a small sea pool and the small casitas (little houses) built into the rocks.

The village of Puntagorda can be reached by car in a few minutes. In the village there are 3 supermarkets, 2 organic food stores, 1 butcher, restaurants and 1 café with delicious cakes and the very popular farmer’s market with local products that takes place on weekends.

The villa’s location also makes it ideal for amateur astronomers to stargaze. The starry sky at night is unique, as there is no disturbing light pollution.

The House:

Villa Morrito, with 77 m2, comfortably accommodates 4 adults and a baby. In the living/dining area you will find the well-equipped kitchen, 1 dining table, a comfortable sofa, the flat screen TV, with German channels and in winter a fireplace stove provides a pleasant warmth.

The master bedroom with double bed is beautifully bright due to the two large window fronts. You have direct access to the terrace.

Also in the second bedroom you have floor-to-ceiling windows and a patio door with access to the terrace and a beautiful view outside.

Between the two bedrooms is a dressing room with a large open closet with plenty of storage space and a safe for your valuables.

For the nights with the great starry sky on La Palma or of course during the day, a Jacuzzi is ready for you. Right next to it there are 2 sun loungers.

Next to the house, with jacuzzi and the sun loungers, there is also a large terrace with pergola. On the large corner sofa, with two armchairs and a dining table you can make yourself comfortable and enjoy the breathtaking view of the Atlantic Ocean.

To the left of the house, guests also have two sun loungers and a parasol at their disposal.

And there is a separate barbecue house with dining table and sink. Here you can spend great evenings and grill as you like.

The road to the cottage is asphalted, but the driveway to the house is steep, so we recommend a sufficiently motorized rental car with more horsepower. A four-wheel drive is not absolutely necessary.
